FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $100! Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.00

Delivery Time

We aim to have all NZ orders dispatched the same day as purchase. Delivered in 1-3 days if placed before 12.00pm after your order has been processed.

Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be delays. 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel. 

AUSTRALIA

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING when you spend over $200! 

Orders under $200 -

NZ post (untracked) 2-3 weeks flat rate $25

DHL Express (tracked) urban 1-2 working days, rural 2-3 working days $28

DHL - Please note receiver might be liable for duties and taxes

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as there are no returns or refunds on sale items unless faulty

To request a return, please email us at sales@lotusraumati.co.nz.

 Conditions for returns are as follows -

  • The item is returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and unworn.
  • Items with makeup marks, perfume or stains will not be accepted.
  • Lotus does not provide a refund for a change of mind or faults made by the customer.
